    There have been plenty of times when I could have spoken out in protest, but chose not to. You have to learn to “pick your battles.” Sometimes it’s the wrong time or place, sometimes it’s the wrong people. It’s not wise to get into arguments with people you work with. It’s not good to disagree with people you know are not going to listen. One thing I’ve learned through the years is that the world is not waiting to hear what I have to say.
