How to agree with a quote in an essay, without saying “I”?

For an english assignment, I am given a quote. In my essay, I have to either agree or disagree with the quote. (In my case, I agree.) Yet, I have to agree with the quote without blatantly saying "I agree with the quote..." I could say something along the lines of "the quote's meaning is truthful." or something. please help me brainstorm! thank you in advance!

So if the quote is about how healthy they r for u nd the overall topic is are fruits healthy or not, u wud say something like, bananas contain a lot of this vitamin and that vitamin…they have plenty of potassium nd state the uses of potassium in ur body. Then say something like instead of saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away, say a banana a day keeps the doctor away, and state the “rather change”.
