    Well, some author’s take their experiences and turn it into a story. For example, Carrie Jones was inspired to write her book NEED one day after she went to a fair. At the fair, she was a bit paranoid, and thought that there was a gray-eyed man who was following her. She went home later that night and wrote about a girl who moves to Maine, which is where Carrie lives. The girl in the story would think that there was a man who was following her, and when ever she went into the woods, she would hear him call her name.
