I have to write an essay for English class and I always have trouble starting an essay. I already picked my topic. And it’s also very difficult to give it an ideal title. Does anyone have any tips on how to start writing an essay properly?

Whenever I try to write a short story or anything creative, I start to shiver and I feel cold. It only happens when I write anything that’s creative – essays for school are fine. Am I just weird, or does anyone else experience this as well? I’m just curious.
